1. Determine travel requirements (flight number, dates etc.)
2. Advise Paul Jones you wish to use the credits
3. Paul will simply call WJ and provide your name and approval for access to funds.
4. Code will be provided which allows you access to funds for payment
5. You then call WJ and book you flight using code for payment.
6. Send cheque to CSRC (Bonnie) for balance of charges.
